CCBC Dundalk SSRV Project
Recently, your firm completed work as a sub-contractor to Lewis Contractor at or Dundalk campus SSRV building. There was work on the second floor of the building as part of a systemic renovation. There was also work performed on the first floor of the building. This is notable in that this floor of the building is occupied by some of our most high profile residents including the VP of my department. The work in this area was also scheduled for a very specific and compressed time schedule.
Lewis Contractors in cooperation with Cynthia Moylan of our office and the folks at Caplan developed a schedule and a sequence for the work that ensured success. Caplan procured and stored the materials in advance of the work and we are grateful.
The mechanics from Caplan Glass were nothing less than stellar during the work in the occupied areas of the project. They were very good on the second floor, they were outstanding on the first floor. Not only was the work performed correctly, but the work was also finished well ahead of our schedule. Each time I visited the site, I was greeted respectfully and any question I had was answered. The mechanics maintained a clean work site and performed their work safely. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Just take a walk around our building.
